My most recent experience deals with the management and support in the control of construction works budgets, project development, coordination with subcontractors, tenders, and estimates.
I continue permanently offering my services as a freelancer under the Marquez Consulting Architecture corporation, developing architectural plans, helping reading plans, estimates, budgets, tenders, post-production in 3D images, modification of urban plans, creation of aerial photographs for planning proposals in some cities of the State of Florida.
In addition to my current professional skills, I would like to share my great interest in architectural heritage, since its historical, cultural, and emblematic values are significant for the society that gives them the character of legacy.
